About Dorthe's Joy of Creation

I am a digital abstract artist with a background in traditional art. I have worked in media such as pencil, charcoal, watercolor, pastels, oil paint and more recently ventured into making digital art.I am very inspired by nature, as well as the spiritual and emotional realm.My creative process is very intuitive. I prefer not to plan in advance what I will create but instead let the colors and shapes flow naturally out onto the canvas.
The viewer of my art therefore is awarded with a glimpse into my inner spiritual world, and you are encouraged to find your own interpretation of each piece.It is my passion in life to create art and I aim to bring some, much needed, joy to the world through my colorful art pieces.
